Back to the roots
We're back in Sweden and we like to thank all of you who came
to last three gigs we had in January. We had such a great time and met
awesome people from all around Europe.
Special
thanks to all the organizers Oliver, Nacho and Tomi, without you it would
have been impossible!
Next
time we will enter the stage at Snövit, Stockholm again. Check out

This time we'll play with CRIMSON WRATH (ex member of
Tyranex - Martins new band) and furious death metal act SMOTHERED.

Tyranex

Club together with Desolator and Wömit Angel.

Finally you can get a preview of how the debutalbum of Tyranex will sound

The new Tyranex full lenght album is named "Extermination Has Begun" and will be released the 25th of May 2011 by Infernö Records.

Tyranex and Martin Zettmar goes separate ways.
He decided some weeks ago to leave the band for another musical project.
We are still friends and Martin will appear as a guest on the upcoming
album.
We thank him and apprecieate all he did for us and wish him well in the
future with "Crimson Wrath"

2010-10-26 Metal Maniac Agency WARNING!!!
This is a warning to all you bands that comes in contact with Metal Maniac
Agency and Sandor (Alex) Florin.
Okey, we were signed to metal maniac agency and now I want to warn you about them!! They are not trust able, they do not keep their promises!
Metal Maniac Agency (Romania) is a booking agency. They asked us if we wanted them to organize gigs and a tour for us and of course we wanted that! We were very exited that they wanted to do this for us. So we said yes.
First of all we had to give them some money, they said it was for promotion and stuff. And then they started to plan this tour, and they talked about it a lot and kept saying to us that "in a week... next day.. soon.. we'll give you some more details about the gigs."
Some months later we didn't hear from them anymore. Finally when they answered our mails they excused themselves by having so much work to do for another band on a tour. But still they didn't get us any more information about our tour.
Now our contract with them has expired, they did NOTHING for us, just took our money.
They seem to keep looking for new bands to sign all the time. I've talked to a lot of bands asking me about this agency if they are reliable and do what they're saying they going to do.
To
me this agency is a fraud, they are thieves and lie to people. Don't trust
them.

2009-12-01 Tuukka Franck leaves Tyranex
We want to announce that it's now official that Tuukka Franck
has left Tyranex. He recently moved back to Finland and are planning to
stay there so we have agreed on that it's the best for the band to find
a new drummer.
Tuukka was a member for a bit longer than a year and has been an important part of this band. We want to thank him for EVERYTHING he did and contributed. We appreciate it all!

2009 -07-28 Plans for the rest of the year
We are now making new plans for the rest of the year, looking for places
to play live at and searching for labels to cooperate with.
The
latest months has been quiet for TYRANEX but there's not much going on
here in the summer, we've worked on some new songs though. We'll be back
soon on stage!

-05-10 Broder Tuck gig
Hail to all of you who came to Broder Tuck last friday. You gave
us the greatest response ever!
Everything went really well the first 23 minutes, then the organizer came
up to the front of the stage and tells us to get of cause THEY were running
out of time (and it was them who decided to delay the first bands entrence).
HELL NO!!! We were promised to play for 30 minutes and we had one song
left - Wasteland. Belive me guys, we have never made a show without that
song and for a long time we're gonna keep it that way.
So we started with the intro and then just in time when the verse began,
they turned off the PA system and tried to destroy our show by putting
some other music through the monitors really loud.
We were angrier than ever and full of adrenaline but the guitar- and bassamps
was still working so I started to scream out the lyrics and the other
guys and the audience backed me up with the vocals. The room was filled
with fury.
We ended the song with a huge support and left the stage at 28 minutes,
2 minutes earlier than agreed!!!
This is a night we will remember as one of the best gigs we made.
Thanks to all who saw us, you made us show what TYRANEX is all about!

Thanks EVERYONE who came to our gig yesterday at Galaxen, Sollentuna.

2009 -01-04 Gig in Sollentuna postponed!!!
The gig that would have taken place the 17th of January is now
postponed. One of the guitarsts in 'Dark forest of north' is suffering
from a fracture of the bone in his hand. We'll let you know when we know
when the gig is going to be occured.

The
17th of January 2009 will we bring thrash to Galaxen in Sollentuna. This
is the releaseparty for "Dark forest of north" first album and
together with "Raid" we will open up for them.
For us this will be our first gig of 2009 and we may got some surprises
for you but then you all have to be there!! Warning, this is not a show
for posers!
No agelimit! Doors will be open at 20.00

2008 -11-16 Tyranex recording new demo!!!
Yesterday
we started the recordings of our new demo. It will contain 4 tracks.
All the drums are done and this far it sounds pretty good. Tuukka Franck
recorded in surprisingly short time and made an extremly good beginning
of the new bang-your-head-to-the-wall-and-kick-your-ass-at-the-same-time
demo. (this is NOT the upcoming title)
We're recording all instruments at our rehearsal place. Drumrecordings
are engineered by Petter Karlsson. Thanks for lending us microphones all
the time! :D

be hearing more from us soon and if you want to you can check out some

Thanks alot for all the support at our gig in Göttingen, Germany
last saturday. We loved playing there and it felt awesome hearing you
shout TYRANEX!.. TYRANEX!.. TYRANEX!! We didn't want to get home cause
we had such a great time but I guess everything's got an end...

2008-10-01 New recordings on myspace!
Now we've uploaded three new rehearsal recordings, two new songs and one
old.
The original files are recorded by a camera (and can be found on youtube
exept for the "new song") and the audio tracks are mixed manually
in Cool edit pro.
Theese
tracks are exclusive and will only be here temporary until we have recorded
ourselves again in the studio.
Give yourselves some headbanging headache and thrash your grandmothers
house!

2008-09-29 Songs removed on myspace..
We had to remove the demo (including the songs: Blade of the Sacrificer,
Wasteland, Distracted) from our myspage page due to a conflict between
TYRANEX and our former drummer.
We're
really sad about this and we think it's a waste of a hell of good recordings
to not let you hear it as much as you want to, but there's nothing we
can do anymore.
Some of you have bought the demo and we would like to thank you for that
and we hope you keep spreading our name around!
BUT (!) we've got some plans to record some new shit, this time with our
new guitarist and drummer and we can promise that you wont be dissapointed!
In
the meantime you'll have to stick with our live reheasrsal recordings
on youtube.

2008-09-26 More Tyranex on youtube!!
Watch us banging our heads off some more!!! We took a camera to the rehearsal
again and now there's 3 more videos needed to be checked out!
One of them is our new song Hellride. It has never been heard before so this is very exclusive. We wrote it just some weeks ago. We think it will thrash but let us know if YOU like it!
Then we recorded Wasteland for you to get a feeling how it is when we play it live and the last one is when Martin breaks a string during the chorus of "Blade of the Sacrificer". You WILL hear it and that gave me a really hard time singing to it. It sounds like shit!

We want to welcome Tuukka Franck to TYRANEX.
He's a guy from Finland and plays some awesome drums with black/death/progressive
metal influenses.

2008-09-11 Fredrik leaves the band
Fredrik Romlin and Tyranex are now going different ways. We would
like to thank Fredrik for all he did to push this band forward and we
want him to know that we appreciate the time that he was in Tyranex. This
guy is a really great drummer and we wish him all the best in the future.

2008-08-04 New song - "Splithead"
Finally we got it uploaded on myspace. This is our new recorded
song Splithead. Some of you who have seen us live may recognize it but
it's never been recorded until now.
We recorded it at our rehearsal studio, started at the beginning of June
2008, and it's all by ourselfs - there's the explanation of the quality.
It still got some details needed to be done but we don't want you to wait
anymore.
